ID Bally shoes please help

I posted this in menswear, but instead of bumping over there, I am posting here. It may be more appropriate here anyway.

I recently bought these Bally casual shoes, and I need some help ID them.



Rutger Made in Italy NY 12D 7E is written on the toungue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
