Pretty lousy selection overall.

Some decent Drake's ties still seem to be available, for those in that market. I can't possibly justify spending another dime on ties, though. Already have more than enough for the next few lifetimes.

I was hoping to get a SAB umbrella but they unfortunately they weren't on sale. Neither were most Sunspel items. I did however get a Drakes tie and an E. Tautz tie. Not as good as the founding members sale but I definitely wouldn't call it a lousy selection. They're probably one of the best webshops around and most of their stock is on sale.

I would certainly call the selection in this sale lousy. Not from a brands-represented standpoint, but from an items-represented standpoint. Virtually no staples, but plenty of things like electric-lime-green Charvet ties, for example. Good brands, sure, but not exactly the kind of stuff from those brands that you actually need.

The only blue madder drakes tie I wanted was sold out, pretty lousy sale. Wanted to get a pair of Lobbs and a SAB umbrella too.

has the sale finished?. I see nothing on sale. oh U.S site only....

2 Drakes i wanted were sold out (Blue Silk Tussah + Dark Grey Silk Knit). Should have gotten them this morning when I woke up. But, I was on the fence, so kinda happy they sold out.

I was concerned this would happen. Glad to see that going through a proxy during the Founder's Sale was the right choice.

Just spoke to a customer service rep about founding member's previews. Apparently it's not possible to join the "founding member" list, however they do have a "high spending customers" program. So I guess there is a huge benefit for people who proxy -

On a side note, today I received my Lobb shoes from ljrcustom - whom I had do a proxy for me during the founder's sale. Needless to say, I'm very happy with the shoe. Thanks to the OP who started this thread and for those folks who proxied for everyone.

Hmm... There seems to be some items available at 50% off and im not a founding member. This is intended right?

^ Yep, the founding members sale is over and now there's some stuff at 50% off for everyone else. As others have already said here, I'm not too impressed.
