I would totally wear this

Wait, you think the shirt should have matched the jacket more in saturation and hue? And thanks for the shave, by the way.

I actually liked the jacket/shirt combo; the bow tie, not so much. Maybe something a bit simpler and in a more contrasting color would have looked better.

Didn't mean to offend, if you weren't one of the jerks ganging up on me.

By seeing this picture so often, I am getting used to it and actually in 5-6 additional pages, I may start to like it. (True story)

just simplify- keep your outfit to one 'centre piece' and build around that, so if you wear the bow tie wear a plainer shirt. Keep the colours harmonius and thow in a colour which is contrasting to accent

so in this case I kept everything yellow-orange and I threw in some purple-blue to contrast,
**colour theory**
when you're looking for your 'contrast colour' look at the colour wheel- find your base colour (in this case it's the orange-yellow coat), then pick your accent- you have 3 options for selection, complimentary, analogous and triad- a complimentary colour is one that sits directly opposite the base colour (so in this case green-blue), analogous are the ones that sit next to the base colour (brighter orange and brighter yellow), triad is colours 1/3 spaced around the wheel (so purple and green in this case)

Sorry for the shave I was just bored...

the long and short of it is if it looks good then wear it, but if you look at it and think 'does this work'- then chances are it doesn't

- in teh context of the rest of the thread, my LOL threshold was surpassed I mean, he could deal with the criticism, but then you had to shave him too! OP, take it easy, the shirt is enough without the bow tie.

You got a lot of gall. I admire gall. I would even out that tie, though.
