Great shoes and ties... One question; How can you guarantee at least baseline quality of resale items? You may need to put more photos to ensure the buyers. Also grading the item (excellent, very good, fair etc) would be helpful to decide, may promote selling.

I agree with you 100%. I can guarantee baseline quality on all of my products. If the product has issues I will always disclose it in the description. For the most part, I pride myself on advertising top quality products. Going forward, I will include a rating system on all shoes and ties. On some you listed the price or best offer? Do do buyers go about sending you best offers? Also stating the types of leather and last number might also help.
