##still making## The did it myself - MMM nail ring sale thread ! :D ##NEW STYLES##

So I made a few rings replicating the MMM nail ring that retails for idk (~300?). I've recieved a decent number of PM's about making them a ring, so I figured I will do that very thing.

Paypal ONLY- $20 + $5 shipping = $25 Shipped in North America (shipping international will be $5 more for untracked or $15 more for tracked)
2 Rings = $30 shipped
3 Rings = $35 shipped
4 Rings = you get it
100 Rings = $$$ <- Please buy 100 rings

Important message regarding sizing: IF YOU HAVE A RING THAT FITS YOU SEND ME THE DIAMETER (not circumference) IN mm. This would be the easiest way to fit you

I will offer 5 different styles (see pictures).

Send me the circumference of your ringer in millimeters please, or use This Link to convert your ring size into mm.

#1

Black: (all rings other than #4 can be black)

#2 The notch in the end was on the nail already, its not my fault..

#2

If your finer is 65mm (2.5")+ then the #2 ring is not going to over lap-

#3 Same style as the #2 ring, yet this nail is longer but thicker. This can be used for people with bigger (65mm+) fingers It will overlap like #2 but it is a thicker nail

#4 CCP style ring - Limited, could only find 10 nails that were long and skinny enough SOLD OUT. If you want the ends to over lap, then your fingers will have to measure less than 66mm
I have not been able to get a good result using black on this nail, I am going to try again so keep in touch

#5 I think this is my new favorite. The nail is twisted, and has a powder like finish (not glossy)
Just like #2 if you want the ends to overlap then your finger will have to measure less than 65mm

Some examples of the MMM ring and also CCP ring

Retails $700 - (pictures from Agent L on SZ)

Measure your fingers carefully, its not hard to get a good measurement but one millimeter off can change the look of the ring totally. My ring fingers measure 57mm for example

To get a good measurement: cut a piece of paper and wrap it around your finger, mark there the end touches. measure that distance from the end to the mark you made:

Just to give a few updates-
International shipping is $20 tracked, and $10 not-tracked

I am going to see what they have at the hardware store to see about making a CCP style ring, and I'll check on a black one

rust proof?
Won't these nail rings rust easily? I suppose that could be easily fixed by plating or whatnot.

Also, that CCP ring looks awesome, looking forward to hearing more.

If it can be rust proof and made in metallic black. Totally in.

I'm not trying to bump this thread but it's at the top anyway.. so please excuse me Ok about the rusting - Iv'e had the first one I made for ~4 months now and it has not rusted at all, they seem to be made of nickel, I'm not sure how easily nickel rusts. The first ring I made for myself was the #1 style and those nails have been laying around for probably 5 (probably more) years, and they have no rust on them. I imagine that if they did get wet and were not dried off then yes, they could rust. But, I mean it would not be a major problem unless the ring was sitting in a constant damp area for a good bit of time and built of a layer of rust. A few days old rust can just be scratched off.. TL;DR - rust is possible, but not likely. As for black rings, I'll look tomorrow in the hardware store and I guess I'll see what rust proofing could be done
