First two characters are probably supposed to be 尊重 (zun zhong) = to respect. The other two are 乾 (gan; qian) = dry; empty; male; strong, and 盛 (sheng; cheng) = flourishing; prosperous; vigorous; fill; ladle; hold; contain, but I'm not sure what they are supposed to mean here.

It obviously means "Respect the empty ladle".

There are two Chinese phrases in the tattoo. The first two '尊重' means respect, '乾盛' means 'dry enrichment', but honestly last two words doesn't make any sense in Chinese. The fact that the second Chinese word is wrongly written, a Chinese tattoo artist will be able to prevent such mistake, probably made by non Chinese tattoo artist. I hope you are not getting the same Chinese words tattoo onto your body, it won't help to persuade any Chinese ladies into your bed

I don't know what 'qian cheng' is but according to that guy- who has all other translations right- it seems to be some kind of plant-stem/Chinese medicine (?). I disagree about the writing being terrible- I think it's o.k. only the second character (重) is unfamiliar to me in this specific form but I wouldn't be surprised if it was an abbreviation. Some of the writing on that site, though, really is terrible, e.g. angel (天使) and one can see that the tatoo-artist had no idea about that writing system, there. I at times see such embrrassingly bad done tattoos here in Europe, too...

Well, the middle vertical stroke of 重 is too short and it also lacks a stroke inside the 口 part. There is no such abbreviation. Also 尊 lacks the two strokes on top, and the stroke inside the 酉 is a bit short. 乾盛 is apparently just nonsense. To me it clearly looks like the work of someone who does not know written Chinese ...
