I know it is not central London but have used Kokos in north London recently for a pair of beaten up Campanile's after speaking to the SA at C&J. They could not have done a better job and I highly recommend them

have used them as well and work was excellent. It's my understanding that they provide services for quite a few shoe manufacturers (was also recommended from C&J, but i know they do work for others as well). They do pick-up in central london couple times a week

gave a few pair of shoes to fix the tip and change the heel, can not complain about their work.

Fifth Avenue Shoe Repairs, 41 Goodge Street. It's just off Tottenham Court Road. I've had a few pairs resoled there, very happy with the results. Don't go to the other guy Malford posted about.
