I think for you, a hair cut that has minimal styling/products would look best. The jugend?

Get frequent haircuts from the same person. Let him/her work out what's right after a lot of trial and error. Could be one side is thicker or wants to go a certain way etc. Nothing but practice will get the cut perfect.

I hope that's not a black shirt under a black blazer? Unless you are working at a restaurant
