A lot of very rich people, have a huge income to live on, but it is entirely based upon their assets, such as stocks. So I bet a lot of people would be able to afford the monthly payment, but not invest so much of their assets into the house.

Nice pictures, I really like gdl's space. Though for 1200 a month I could live in a two bedroom apartment with a pool and an ocean view.

Thanks. What's the 1200 referring to? I wish it was my rent

While 1200 is currently far more than I wish to pay....I would pay 1200 without question to live at gdl's place.

My new digs. Brand new apartment so I'm going to be the first person to put his penor in the sink! Bedroom: Stall shower: Kitchen. We got a free TV for signing the lease. They promised us a free 42" LCD that did 1080p. Then, they tried to stick me with this 720p piece of shit so I had them go back and get me a 1080p LCD! Counter tops are made of some sort of Italian glass that got imported in. Other side of the island: Rooftop Deck: View from the roof:
