Bought a London Broil from the supermarket, probably a mistake. I wanted a shoulder roast to braise but they wouldn't cut a shoulder to less than 5 lbs, and I just said "eh whatever, give me that".
Can I braise this? A lot of anecdotes online say it will only get tougher. What if I braise for 4 hours?
