Taking into account the great bands that have been named and how vague or finite your personal definition of eclectic is...here are some of my contributions off the top of my head The libertines, the arctic monkeys, babyshambles, the last shadow puppets, the rascals, muse, pete doherty, dirty pretty things, the jam, the clash, the golden slivers, joy division, kasabian, oasis, beatles, lennon, paul mccartney, floyd, gilmour, sabbath the pogues are probably one of my favorite bands though
