Personally, the thought of mold that close to my junk would keep me from wanting anything to do with the jeans. Even after "cleaning" them I would always be wondering.

Seriously though, if it's really bad, try soaking the jeans in a solution of water and a shit ton of baking soda. Repeat this a couple of times, then wash in a washing machine like kiya suggests with some baking soda as well. I'd recommend wearing latex gloves throughout this whole process.
