They look like they're made by Tricker's.

Cucinelli ws made by trickers when the shoe line launched, they are now made in Italy, don't know by who.

I wear US 10-1/2 or 11. Rarely 10 1/2 except for lands end mocs.

11 1/2 Nike running shoes

All my cucinelli shoes are 44. Italia (not Euro) version of US 11 in my opinion. Fit/finish worth the premium price.
