Here we only have 2 sales a year, nothing in between.

Depending in where you live (EU) someone (me) might be willing to proxy us->eu if you would do the opposite.

You are right ;-) Luckily I feel fortunate to be able to travel to Italy a bit more easy, than Americans can. I cannot complain!

However.... I see so many incredible bargains at ebay for americans, goddamnit I would own so many beautiful ties

I want some stuff from suit supply which is soooo much cheaper in the EU.

Yes, I noticed. Suitsupply comes at a pretty low price here.. They actually have a physical store opening next to the Hugo Boss I work in! I have never tried any of their suits, so I will absolutely go in there and check it out.

Had a funny experience with the 346 Madison Ave Store in NYC. Had a few SA asking from behind me if I need any help but by the time I realized they were talking to me I turned my head around they're already walking away from me. lol. Thankfully I was purely window shopping. But it does seem like the store gets its share of glaring reviews on Yelp.

Nice EG collection.

You should have a shopping vacation over here. Some friends come over and the bedroom they stay in is full of bags, boxes and new luggage when they get to leave.

It's not all shopping, though. You can also partake in our fine cultural offerings like Krispy Cream donuts.

Hahaha, yes! I visited New York a year ago. Me and my girlfriend shopped everywhere at Manhattan, it was wonderful.

Is there really big difference between the 3 for $180 shirts on the website vs shirts at the outlets? Outlets seem mostly made in China while online is Malaysia.

The hive mind here loves the "mainline" stuff, but wondering if that's just the $200-$300 made in USA Golden Fleece shirts.

Yes, avoid the 346 everything at all cost. They wear out extremely quickly after just a few wash and not worth the money.

Same bad service for me at the San Francisco location. Only guy that helped me somewhat was on the bottom floor. When I finally got directed to the top floor where I was actually interested, I stood around for a good 10 minutes, looking, without one person approaching me to help. Maybe because I'm younger and was in casual clothes with some other younger friends, but come on. Next time I'll throw on a tie and jacket with a pair Edward Greens, then maybe they'll think I can afford a pair of their socks and braces. One positive thing I learned though is that they have a really nice top floor.

346 doesn't exist anymore. Labels say Brooks Brothers 1818 in Madison, Regent, Milano, Traditional styles/colors same as regular stock. Only difference seems to be that the outlets do combo sleeves (i.e. 32/33, 34/35, etc). Also outlets are made in China vs Malaysia for the website, but not sure that really matters much. Although I did see some Malaysia shirts at the outlet today.

My question I guess is basically the $90-$120 non-iron shirts on the website currently on sale basically the same thing as the non-iron shirts in the outlets? Seems to have the same label and approximately same list price.

It's meant to look the same, but like almost all American outlets, the clothing you're buying there is made specifically to be sold in outlets (with the exception of the occasional overstocks/past season's merchandise that eventually makes its way there). It's cheaper because it's more cheaply made: fabric, construction, etc.

Any details on when the next corporate sale is?

I think I'm going to get a filson briefcase after all.

Those probably just have two buttons on the sleeve and are sport shirts rather than dress shirts.
