This is my experience. Others have had their SA's make exceptions. I'm not so lucky.

I'll ask my SA if she can find any available in-store across the country too. I've had luck with some sold out Rancourts online in my size that they found at the SF location, I just had to pay for the shipping.

One of the ridiculous things about BB is that online inventory is totally separate from in-store inventory.

The really really ridiculous thing about BB is that my local "Flatiron", or whatever, store doesn't have access to mainline in-store stock... just the stupid website like me!

Take the 6 or the M2 to the flagship and latch onto an SA who's not wearing any tailored Milano or BBBF.

Black Fleece sizing is 40% off. So the sale is only 30%.

It's actually the lapels that are 70% off. I've had a number of lovely BF items over the years, but they always get returned. The narrow lapels just don't look right on me, or perhaps anyone.

Some sale items remained at 50%, but a decent amount dropped to 70% off.

As for the styling, I've never bought any of the suits, sport coats or overcoats due the ridiculously skinny lapels. But I'm a big fan of the (non-wacky) shirts and pants, especially when they're on sale. The combination of a slim fit with a higher rise makes the pants an ideal fit for me, and the shirts similarly fit me spot-on.

I love the shirts. They're the perfect blend of slim and conservative when hung on my skinny frame.

I own only one BF item - a peacoat - but it's one of my very favorite garments.  Beautiful styling, great hand on the wool, and size BB3 fits me like a dream (for comparison I'm pretty much a perfect 41R in the Fitz).

The BB1 tailored stuff fits me nicely as a fairly consistent 37S - I can't imagine how it would fit on a normal/tall guy though. In other BB news, I got the 101 fit (sack) Own Make suit in 38R and the length is identical to a 38S Fitz, while fitting slightly slimmer with an infinitely nicer shoulder. I'd replace every BB suit, blazer, and SC I own with 101 style Own Make stuff if I could. I'm not sure if it's a full canvass jacket, but the construction is incredibly superior to the Southwick 1818 stuff, and nicer than the Southwick BBBF jackets as well.
