Went in 2 days ago for 2 MTM's... 15% off for the 2 MTM's and 15% off after that with the card.

Have two questions:

1) How would the BB cashmere sweaters fare to Johnstons cashmere sweaters? I am suspecting that Johnstons have slightly better quality but I am considering BB products due to their greater number of colors?

2) If I wear 44R size of jackets should I go for the same size if I purchase an overcoat or should I size up? I plan to wear the coat over a suit jacket w/ a shirt? In the place where I live there are no coats at the BB stores.

Thanks

So back on 10/18 during the sale, I went to a local BB store and had the store associate order a merino wool cardigan in denim blue (size small). Turns out, the SA somehow specified the wrong address and had BB send me a navy cardigan in size medium.

The only reason I even got the package was because FedEx contacted me and asked me about this package w/ my name, but an address which just doesn't exist. And I just tried to email the SA a few minutes ago and 'delivery to his email failed.' Not to sound like an old man (I'm only 27 after all) but **** like this pisses me off. Mistakes happen, I get it (and have made plenty of them myself)...but wrong address, wrong size, wrong color, and no order/shipping confirmation email...wtf?

Ended up sending a email to BB's customer support and hope they'll actually send me what I ordered and paid for.

I feel your pain.

A few months ago, my package of x4 milano chinos were delivered to one of my neighbors, instead of my address. The only reason i was able to track it down was thanks to calling up FedEx, and asking my neighbor for my package (which luckily he had and was unopened).

I sent an email to BB about it, i am still waiting for their reply. You might want to go to a BB store if you can and get it taken care of there, might be quicker...

I've found the way to get corporations to respond to emails is to send them really vulgar curse laden emails. That, or email them every hour until they respond. Shows them that you are really angry and serious about the issue at hand, and they're more inclined to respond as a result.

It looks like the Navy in BB4 went through. I'm a 44 but sometimes the BB4 is a bit tight in my shoulders (I need to lift less I guess). I really hope that it works out as it will be a pretty damn good purchase. I hope they cut the shoulders large like a trench should be as it is intended to wear over a jacket.
1000

PA has no tax on clothing and I always have my SA send it to store which saves shipping and saves me a trip to the tailor (I pretty much have everything adjusted) and if I don't like it I return it and don't take it home. Win-win.

How long is the coat? Based on the pic, it looks awfully long for black fleece. I kinda hoped it would be cropped b/c I'm short.
And I think I need a proxy who can stack 30% on this item:)

So I have the corporate membership, what discount do I get during the current sale? 15%, 25%, or 25+15 = 40%?

Only 15%. The corporate membership cannot be stacked. When percentages are stacked though you don't add the percentages.

25% + 15% = 63.75% of original number or 36.25% off.

I have a corporate membership. I ordered by calling CS and asked for the full 25% off. They obliged, but I had to pay full shipping.

I sent them SIX emails throughout the day and I got ZERO responses....I guess I'm going to have to go back into the store to return the item have them send me the right item.
