That's correct. It fits pretty much like the normal slim fit OCBD does.

I've been buying the ESF shirts, but tried one of the Gatsby OCBDs because of the unlined collar. I love it and bought two more today. I wish they offered it in blue.

I have never heard of Kamakura until now and it turns out that it's around the block from my building! It looks like they have a superior spread collar than the BB shirts since it will fit under your lapel?

Do they ever have regular sales like BB? Let me know of any pro-tips! Thanks for the recommendation since it's tiring showing up to work with the same BB shirts as everyone in the office.

No sales as far as I have seen so far, although they do have some sort of "shirt club" or which I believe is buy 10 get one free, but I don't own 10 of one brand of any piece of clothing at all so I wasn't paying much attention to that. I think they're pretty reasonably priced and honestly I think are the only shirts I have bought at full retail in the last 5 years.

Seriously though, just go check them out. It's a pretty small shop and the people are really nice. I found the slimmest cut too slim for me (6'2"/195) but the other cuts fit well.

Price point is the same as BB retail prices but fabric quality and shirt construction blow BB out of the water. Their sizing can be tricky so I would certainly recommend stopping by the store and allowing one of the very polite sales associates to help you with try-on shirts. Shirts are produced in small batches so check in every few weeks for new and interesting (yet still conservative) patterns.

RueLaLa has staple colors 1818 Fitzgerald suits on sale for $449. Have at least a couple 40R left.

What do y'all think of the charles tyrwhitt extra slim shirts vs. the BB extra slim shirts? Price is almost similar, hows the quality?

My opinion is that Brooks Brothers is a higher quality shirt.

Question: I have a BB Platinum Card and a BB corporate card - I'm in the market for 2 BB 1818 Milano's if the fit works for me..

What are the typical terms of the 30% corporate discount sale, so I'm not surprised if I choose to take advantage of it?

Would it be 30% off of the "2 for $1699" price or 30% off each separate item? or would it even apply?

Right around the corner from your building?! Guess I didn't need to get a picture of the sleeve placket length for you!

In the past, it has stacked on the multi buy deals.

CT shirts can be had for $40 apiece now and again (and 4 for $200 all the time). I have three of their shirts (albeit in 1x slim) and am very happy.

I've worn both and I agree.

I have both and the Two CT shirts I have hardly ever get wear and I may be getting rid of them. IMO they look and feel cheap. I feel self conscious all day in them as the material and fit of the sleeves does not compare to the lower BB offerings much less their Luxury, GF, or BF shirts. I think they were a waste of money but I bought them in a pinch as I was stuck in NY fora couple extra days and they were right there in Times Square across from my hotel.
