I would call again and try to get someone else.  As this thread shows, others are calling their SA's to buy clearance items at the discounted price.

Same, what a shitty website.  I've had a ton of trouble with their website in the past, including the never ending delay resulting in them canceling the order, but this is beyond frustrating.  I don't have the time or inclination to call up an SA and the fact that they let you get all the way to the end only to disappoint is incredibly frustrating.

I received a mailer today regarding a sale: 40% off "everything in the store" between Nov. 19th and the 26th. The early bird sale is Nov. 23rd until 10am: Supima Non-Iron shirts for 39.90. 

Looks like a pretty solid deal.
