When is the Next Brooks Brothers Sale? - Page 156

I went to the Madison Ave store today after work. The service was awful. I am not one to be fussy about that sort of thing but it is very off-putting to see two salespeople get snippy with each other over the commission on your sale.

I'm 5'8" -- would the Black Fleece BB0 look ridiculously short on me? The store didn't have one to try on, so I'm wondering if it's worth it to order one to see.

The summer clearance has begun. Up to 50% off of seasonal merchandise. Some Black Fleece (but not shirts) items are also 50% off.

Bit the bullet on #s 2 & 3 (link is no longer working for me, perhaps i snagged the last of their inventory).
Went for 40L in Regent and sized up to 41L in Fitz.

The new Cambridge model is based off our slimmest fitting Milano jacket. A trimmer version of our classic sack fit, with three button tip-over and hook vent. Plain front trousers.

Yes. And it really is a trim sack cut. No darts. I got the seersucker jacket (and the Milano pant to make it a suit) because of the fit and because being a sack there are no darts to break up the stripes. I probably would have preferred a straight two-button to a 3/roll/2 to make it even cleaner looking but 3/2 is tres trad.

Today I picked up two of the Made in USA slim fit button down Country Club shirts for $68 (used a $100 BB rewards card and the shirts were "buy two save 50%")

Anybody know why the regular (not non-iron) dress shirts haven't gone on clearance? Do they stagger the clearance items or something?
Because they're not seasonal? "Regular" items were on sale until the 3rd.

I ordered this linen jacket in light brown for hot weather (Miami). I like it but my quandary is it looks very similar to my khaki pants that I thought they would go with but they match too closely. What would work here pantswise -- gray? Olive? Dark brown?

Thank you kindly

Anyone know when the clearance sale is over?

Their site has been down all day and I want a couple cardigans, but with all the issues they are constantly having their site, it's getting a little out of hand. BB, get your shit together.

I personally agree with Olive and Dark Brown; both which I have seen match in linen and non linen.

Should I get the Regent or the Milano fit suit for interviews? I understand that the milano is the slimmest fitting suit they have, but is it TOO slim for interviews and professional events?

I have been trying to place an order since yesterday online, but site is still not taking orders. Frustrating.
