Last time I did a corporate discount online, I had to buy at regular price and wait for the confirmation email to see the price adjustment. Have they fixed this? Their website has been upgraded but is still pretty terrible.

+1..unless you can stack other promos with the 30% discount, for an extra $55 or so (benchmade), I would rather order directly from C&J UK with far better choices

That's saying your SAs are competent. The Stanford ones have never really given good service and always give false info that changes once I got in store. Much rather not deal with their constant bs and terrible service. I'm still amazed by how dumb they are sometimes.

Good SA's are few and far between.  Like your experience, some of the Chicago SA's have told me blatantly wrong things about their products and prices.  One even tried to convince me that there was nothing wrong with the jacket lapels bowing out considerably on a sport coat that was one size too small (since that was the only size he had in stock).  That said, I've finally found a good SA who continually goes the extra mile for me, and I try to make sure I always make all my purchases through him.

Ask an SA.  My SA gave me one for free when I picked up my last suit after I mentioned how much I missed the old wooden hangers.

i recently found out that being a member of the california bar allows you to get a BB corporate discount card
maybe you can still get a card before the day is over...

or just grab a coworker's card and use it for now
order online

Calgary store allowed stacking today. I got three bows, one tie and an 1818 SC for about $400, regular $900. A friend got two 1818 Fitzs for about $600 each. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Ordered some 3 for $219 shirts today and the 30% stacked.
They shipped today too. I don't think I've ever had a BB order ship same day.

which suit were you looking at?

i ALMOST ordered myself a peal & co. attache case .. along with a leather card case, shoe valet kit, and a belt
