Got my ties in time too, and the communication before the purchase was great.
However, the photographs on these pages are sometimes misleading in terms of actual color. The blue tie I got is an ugly cheap looking indigo, not a light blue that the photos made it appear -- over exposed lighting here in the pics.
When I wrote to the seller about what to do for that tie (I won't be wearing that tripe), NO RESPONSE. Nice.
Price drop Sport Coats, only $400 now!!! And my reaction about pkiula: It's a real pity to hear that, but again: Buyers can ask as many questions if they want, they can ask for comparison pictures on request, or if they have a problem after receiving the package, they can contact me! I just double-checked if pkiula has contacted me, and he didn't, no email, no PM. It's always the same story and I'm getting a bit sick of thread-shitters (Sorry to say). All the buyers who have a problem, never asked anything particular about the colours, pattern and stuff like that. They just buy, and when the receive it, and the colour is a bit different then they prefer, they're blaming the seller for it. If there's any problem, please contact me in a PM, if that don't work out, you can always write a bad note about me. I'm open to any solution, but I think I'm doing a good thing communicating and selling great items here.
The tie I ordered was packaged well and the actual colour of the tie was what I was expecting. Menno's communication was excellent throughout the entire process.
While I understand that not everyone may have as good an experience buying online, this isn't ebay. I don't think it's appropriate to shit on a good seller's thread.
