Jakob Custom Clothiers(Boston, MA) Groupon, any thoughts?

I saw a Groupon for a $625 custom (I assume MTM) suit form this tailor in Boston. Have never been there. What do you guys think about price and the tailor?

I posted this last time they had a Groupon. No one had any experience with them. The photos on their website are pretty bad, though.

Is that our old buddy Jakob Kozinn?

I just joined and your post was a while ago, so hopefully this isn't moot. I got three custom shirts made by Jakob Custom Clothiers. They are bad news. Avoid avoid avoid.

I asked for spread collars on the shirts, and I got traditional fit collars on all of them. In addition, they...I think they are based in new york or something weird? Or they are inside of another store in Boston... any way, the point is they are difficult to get a hold of, and pinning someone down involves repeated telephone calls and emails. They didn't even give me a receipt until I called a few times, and then they had to email me a scanned version.

Shady.

Also, the fabric is low quality IMO.
