Have some 'friend' who posts every goddamn thing on her facebook status. She has a blog that even posts details about her love life. Her bf of a few years broke up with her and there were details about their relationship all over her sites and facebook. Really stupid.

Now, she's one of my female facebook buddies who keeps posting about how she doesn't need a man anymore.

"Just fixed my dresser drawer all by myself. Maybe I don't need a man after-all."

One of my good friends is gay. They hang out sometimes. The first time they hung out she posted on facebook, "Met my new best friend!". He hates hanging out with her.

Her last two updates were pictures of the apple store taking precautions before the hurricane and a story about how she changed settings on her macbook.

What a dumb dumb bitch.

I'm surprised you put up with that and friended them in the first place.

Wat? Also, the purpose of drinking water: to quench one's thirst. Epiphany, mind blown.

I know someone that also posts about HUGE arguments she has with her boyfriend. Needless to say I laugh uncontrollably and gossip about them whilst feeling bad for the poor sonofabitch. Until I remember, "He can see and comment on these too, and he hasn't told her she's a dumb whore for making the details of their relationship public on Facebook?" If a girl posted intimate details (ie: "my boyfriend doesn't want to do LDR with me!!!! halp guyz!!!!") I'd just can her.

Along the same lines, couples who have self-contained conversations or inside jokes publically over facebook. Shit pisses me off. Especially if the bf has the nerve to get pissed off when I comment something snarky or tell them to get a room.

Who could ever imagine a covered dish potluck could go so terribly wrong?

I have a relative who is somewhat famous and he is currently dating someone who is even more famous...

Showed up to an annual family event a little while ago (that he typically is unable to come out from LA for) and brought the girlfriend.
I wasn't there but my parents said that so many of my relatives were super into posing with posing in photos with "the stars"...I find it a little embarrassing. It's one thing to want to take pictures with family every year --and there are always tons of photos taken--but its another to so blatantly be like "ooh I want my picture taken with famous people!!!" at a family event.

Now of course all of these middle aged cornfed midwestern women have splattered it all across facebook for their friends to add "omg!! i'm so jealous you got to meet her" comments.

How famous?

Hitler famous or Pamela Anderson famous?

I'm sure if you did turn up with Scott Pieterson , you would get a different reaction...

Actor. A lot of peope know who he is, maybe not by name but have probably seen one of the shows he has starred in.
Almost everybody who owns a TV probably knows who she is.

The worst offenders were the ones who posted what look like paparazzi photos...oh look over there, it is someone famous sitting at a table 20 ft away...oh look they are serving themselves from the buffet...lets take a photo for facebook. I am sure that famous are used to this behavior, but I would like to think my own relatives would be a bit classier than that.
