When resources are scarce people stick together in groups and don't want people who are different, whether that's an accent, wealth, job, interests, or (and this is the most obvious difference people can have) the colour of their skin.

We all have tribal instincts pushing him into groups ,subcultures , culture ,trends and we tend to have in us a defence mechanism built-in for survival...

We all discrimate others for the way they think , they vote , their believes,political views and we're guolty of stereotyping others which a form of discrimation /racism..

We all have been guilty of some kind of racist thoughts and you deny that you're lying to yourself..

What we have to try to do is fighting these feelings, mode of thoughts to overcome them..

Racism is an universal problem and is behind more wars and conflicts in every walk of life or human activities.

Racism is "built in" on a certain level. But there are lots of behaviours that are built in, and that we have to actively suppress in order for our society to function - and racism should be one of those.

His "entrepreneurship" activities include a company that six subsidiary companies, however seemingly only one employee, other than an executive assistant (if the FB page for the company is to be believed, although she hasn't checked in in more than a year) and doesn't seem to do anything other than promote this dude. He is, however, allegedly a nationally acclaimed business motivational speaker (despite not having any, you know, business accomplishments) among other things that seem similarly full of shit.
