Favorite Drink

Thread Starter
Did a quick search and didn't find a thread on this so...

What's your favorite drink? Beer, wine, and anything non-alcoholic doesn't count. We're talking cocktails here. Feel free to post ingredients / short recipe if you have it on hand as I'm always interested in trying new drinks at home.

For me:

Blood and Sand (Equal parts: scotch, sweet vermouth, cherry heering, orange juice)
or
Bourbon old fashioned - No fruit (aside from maybe a lemon / orange peel for garnish)

Mojitos with mint, decent rum, and cane sugar. I don't order them enough when I'm at the bar.

Carrot juice, good for health.

Chopin & home-made lemonade. 1:1, to avoid sugar headaches.
