It will gain in popularity and publicity. People will take notice and stop buying from establishment(s) he delivers for. Sales decrease, business notices, he's jobless. Hope he's making money off the blog.

It depends on the restaurant. My orders are usually $50 for 2 people

The OP delivery guy is a douche bag, but you got to tip these people at least 10-15%. They drive their own cars and gas is like $4.5/gallon. They spend at least a gallon or two an hour plus cost of maintaining the car so $10/hr income gross is much less than that. You fucking tip the barista?

I'll toss the barista a buck if it's my small neighborhood coffee shop. It's the same as what you do with a bartender. You tip not b/c of the work, but because you want them to remember you and give you preferential treatment when they see you. Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, stuff like that? Fuck tips there.

I give delivery drivers 10+ percent. But I rarely spend much more than $20 so it doesn't add to much. I've rarely consider tipping at coffee shops/delis.

I really only tip waitresses. everyone else gets paid. a wage. to do a job. I am not going to reward you financially for doing the job your employer pays you to do.

I also dont tip on wine.
