I bought the Sperry Workboot Chukka and ripped out the red laces and put in leather laces with true 360 degree lacing. Took a bit of work but looks great. After all tht I wore them a few times and decided they're too big. They're a 9.5 but fit more like a 10. I'd trade for a 9.5 Sperry shoe or sell for $60 shipped. They're brand new in the pic, only been worn a few times after that.
