Ship it via USPS Global Express, but wont be cheap. Only way to get tracking.

I don't even want to know how much that costs. What about using the same carrier that they use to send the shoes? Do they include some kind of return label?

According to Betty, Deia is very narrow. "Much more narrow" than the Inca, for example.

For anyone that is planning to buy soon, have you thought about waiting for the euro to drop more vs the dollar? The drop from 1 Euro = 1.3 USD to 1.27 USD has already reduced my potential purchase price by $12.

I just got in contact with the mythical Betty, and it took two emails to do so. I think maybe my first one went into their spam filter or something, because the response to the second was quick and polite and mentioned that the previous email wasn't received. Definitely worth being patient and writing a second (oops - third, I guess) concise email to try again.

Does anyone else have a problem viewing their cart on the e-store? I can see the cart after I add the first pair of shoes, but once I add a pair of shoe trees, click the cart link just sends me back to the shoe selection.

Do you guys know if it's possible to buy a pair of Carmina in my size, 8, even though it says that only "11" is in stock? Via mail it's possible I suppose. Do they take extra high prize for that, or is the prize the same as in the webshop?
