No 6.5, frown.gif. Better for my wallet though, I'm waiting for that restock of the chocolate suede Soller Chukkas in February and I'm going to swoop in like a hawk.

Here's hoping I successfully ordered my first pair of Carminas.  Their website just references a numerical model and the rain last.

Free shipping is nice.

I wish carmina was easier to see what their stock was in their stores, I swear they lie just so you have to go MTO 'because it's not currently available'

Fresh out of the box:

On the Inca last.

I am eyeing the same exact pair. How do they fit compared with Rain/Forest?

Ha! Someone asked me exactly the same thing in another thread :) They are slightly wider in the forefoot than the Rain but otherwise very similar. They would suit a foot that is on the wider side.

Haha! Yeah, someone just asked Gerry that in the Aus Members thread.

I just placed an order on the Inca lasted double monks. AND, my credit card company called me because they thought it was "suspicious".

"Goodyear welted shoes from Spain?" they asked. "Can't be!"

Do you know why shoes on the Inca last cost €60 more?

They use a different welt that is of higher quality for the Inca. It's supposed to be more flexible and thus more comfortable.
