An update of my Carmina in dark cognac shell...the same colour that will feature in a current MTO. It's a lovely colour with a lot of depth. Much prefer it to the lighter cognac shell that I have.

Looking good, makes me want the boots even more.

How about a comparison shot with the lighter color when you get the chance if you don't mind.

We will still do this MTO if we have six.  Navy captoe boot on the forest last.

This is amazing. I ordered my Carmina shell brogues from a shop in Bologna (via Farfetch) at lunchtime on Friday. Now, less than three days later, DHL tracking informs me that the shoes are already in Melbourne. They'll probably be delivered this afternoon. Stunning!

^ mine got here just as fast too, ridiculous how fast the shipping was. I'm shipping them back tomorrow though, I tried experimenting with a tongue pad, but the Rain last is just too voluminous through the body for me. My Simpson black captoes should be here in a few days, so hopefully those work better for me.

Shoes are with the delivery courier now. Astonishing. Damn shoes are going to beat me there by two days. Who woulda thunk it!

In fact the shoes were delivered just as I was writing my last post. 75 hours from order to delivery, around the world, door to door. I'm very impressed.

Good to hear. Yesterday i ordered thes babies via farfetch:
Let's see how fast they travel from Bologna over the Alps to Berlin.

Now I just hope that UK 10 fits me.
