vegano brown calf bottom and loden suede shaft on top. They are winged bal boot on Forest last.

Young Yoo

Those boots like ridiculously awesome. I have a pair of winged bal boot in dark brown shell so it might be too repetitive. I do love the loden suede and would consider a shoe made with that. I would think some sort of chukka would be fantastic in that color.

I'm on board with that idea for an MTO thread (or e-mail list, if someone would be willing to set that up). I posted to a thread with the same general idea a few months ago, but nothing came of it --

Funnily enough I bought in on Epaulet's re-run of that shoe not too long ago, ha.

Been thinking about it, and I think I'm gonna be your 6th for this one. I'll confirm the details with you tomorrow.

Gotcha, I have 3 pairs of Carminas, one simpson suede oxford which fits a little narrow for my liking and 2 boots on the forest last which fit a bit looser but since they are boots its ok. Where does the Uetem fall?

fits a lot like Simpson but the suede and vamp style provide more give. I would say stick to your Simpson size. But if you feel its way too tight, size up. I personally sized down.. which is why I suggest you stay the same. If it doesn't work, these babies would sell easy anyways.

Just reread and see your Simpson is suede. The vamp still provides a lot of room.

I normally wear an 8.5 in the Rain last but will be sizing down to 8 in the loafer.

Uetam is highly highly YMMV.

I size down. Some have to size up.

I just bought two pairs of Ralph Lauren loafers for summer and the size 9 fit perfectly. Thinking I would go with the 8 since the 8.5 in the rain last is a little large.

I go down a full size from Inca. But I have a half size down and it works well too. You should be OK.

Eta... That's a lie. I go half down.
