Yep, just finished polishing them and was really pleased with the way they turned out. Taking photos with even a 10 year old digital camera still wipes the floor with the camera in my Blackberry!

Heel and forefoot is rubber while the waist is leather. Think partial dainite sole with a leather waist. Epaulet had a couple pairs of Carmina with this sole at the SF10 event

I think it would be ideal for a jodhpur boot or any boot in general. The sole looked sleek and the build quality, impressive. Initially when I first heard of it and saw pictures, I was a bit skeptical but after handling it in person, I decided to have my bal boot made with the combo leather instead of double leather sole
