This purchase was kind of by "accident."  I was looking for a pair of their grain jumpers in my size because they size I originally bought was too big, so I emailed the Barcelona store and began talking with Hector.  They didn't have any jumpers in my size in any brick and morter stores but told me they had some other boots and provided the details.  The burgundy pair was one of these other boots and was located in their Paris store.  The main reason I bought them was because I knew shell prices were going up so I wanted to get a "cheap" pair of shell boots

The ones in the pic have all blind eyelets.  The ones in the link have speed hooks.  I like all eyelets better.

Ah ya, good eye. Mine have speed hooks, which I think is neat and compliments the burgundy well icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Below is a pic Carmina sent me:

Hi

I am ok with leather sole (single or double ) and red/purple lining.
We just need to get this MTO going.

Gentlemen,

Has it indeed been confirmed that Detroit is Carmina's widest standard last?

Please advise.

I think the Llubi last is also quite wide from pictures I've seen. That said I don't own one so I can't really say definitively.
