I'm up for a Balmoral MTO

Guys, need your opinion on navy shoes.
To be matched properly, do I need a navy belt, or would brown suffice?
And this might seem like a noob question: do they go well with suits? I know it usually depends on the type of shoes (brogue, derby) but I was wondering if colour makes a difference as well.
Thanks!
Having a navy belt is best in my opinion. Equus another affiliate (sorry) sells fantastic belts and I commissioned mine from them. Absolutely incredible.
Navy is super versatile. Namor posted a pic of how he could wear Navy with so many different color trousers from grey, brown, blue, etc.
I am doing this Navy cordovan full strap but in March I attended a Bontoni trunk show where I am having a double monk made in Navy as well.
Long story short, NAVY = AMAZING and super versatile!

JK -- which belt did you get from Equus? In the market for a navy belt all of a sudden.

great boots, but the whole not knowing the color keeps myself (and others im guessing away)Re: Carmina 80184 "derby" boot on Oscar last in Cognac shell cordovan with Dainite sole: We now have four expressions of interest. Two more and we are over the line. This could happen quite quickly. So don't miss out a second time! PM me your expression of interest NOW before I close off the list and place the group order with Skoaktiebolaget. Just to remind you all, here is the boot under consideration: This is a more casual design than Carmina's Balmoral boot. Its derby lace-up allows for a looser and more open lacing style if desired. The toe-box is not quite as pointed and formal as that of Carmina's other boot last, the Robert. Fitting a Dainite sole (instead of leather) marks this boot as an all-rounder which can be worn equally well with jeans or neat casual attire - perhaps even with a suit, as the Italians often do. Price is 4480 SEK (ex VAT) plus shipping, which is a full 30% less than the individual MTO price, and equivalent to US$684 at today's rates. Payment will be direct to Skoaktiebolaget, who will also happily field all questions regarding correct sizing. Gentlemen, you know you want this boot. Don't fight it. PM me now.
