I guess you should take it up with the shop owner instead of harassing a guy who is doing the forum a favor with a PSA.

I PM'd the shop phone number because I didn't want to post a phone number on here, as it is probably not relevant.

Thanks for being a  jerk about it though.

Next time I have a PSA that might be useful to some, I will refrain.

this is not about you - you did the right thing. No offence intended.

One good enabling deserves another.

 https://www.quality-shop.com/world/

Quality shop is having a great sale on Carmina's, free shipping. Good selections. I copped a pair of single monks for under $300.

Can't beat that.

Also contacted ToBox about the cognac oxfords. Very nice gentleman. He will be listing a pair of 9.5 UK burgundy cordovan Rain last single monks soon ($595). I had to restrain myself. He is working on a web site. For now he is posting them on instagram. The same pair is going for $750 on the Carmina site.

Gent can I get some advice about sizing. I have carmina chelsea boot on Rain last in 10.5UK which fit me well. For Oxford on the Simpson last should stick with the same size?
Thanks for the help.

I wear the same size in Rain and have a Simpson Oxford on the way. Perhaps I can offer an opinion shortly. It's my understanding, and I've seen pics that confirm, that Simpson is a bit narrower, a bit shorter, and a bit more tapered, so going up a half size supposedly works. I tried it, we will see.

Simpson is narrow last & most people size up .05 on simpson last. Best bet would be try the shoe in real life unless you have narrow feet I would sizing up .05

As others have said most people have to size up half a size on the Simpson. Personally that is what I have done as well. Having said that everyone's feet aren't going to be exactly the same so use the advice as a guideline. Nothing will beat the ability to try the last in person to see how they fit.

Do you take same size on gg shoes as your simpson last that you size up in?

For what it's worth, Carmina on their website recommends sizing up 1/2 from their other lasts to simpson because it's narrow.

For low volume narrow feet, you won't have to size up for Simpson, at least that's my own case in 9C - length past the bar of 8.5, width hair thin to D, but turns out I have to take Rain, Simpson, Detroit, Uetam all in UK7 as Betty/Jaime suggested.

Personally I don't have any GG shoes nor have I had the chance to try them to offer my opinion. I believe you have some EG shoes correct? Mr. Venneri would be a good source for sizing advice as he has both EG and GG. I recall that he did say they have very different wearing sensations and likened GG to wearing a wetsuit. I could certainly ask some of my contacts that own GG to get their opinion as well.
