The second one. The first one is not vegano calf. It's called natur calf with a gloss shine. I have the second one my self and luv it. The semi brogue is vegano.

Guys,

I need your opinion really quick as I already placed an Order and don't know whether I need to change it or not. So I am wearing Rain, Llubi and Uetam on 10.5 UK. I did try the Oscar Jumper Boots on 10.5 UK and they were too short.

Now Skoat says Forest fits very similar to Oscar, however Carmina says Forest has the same length as Llubi but Rain is a bit longer than Forest. Thats pretty confusing because I just checked my Llubi (which is a Boot, is there any difference whether its a Boot or Oxford) and Rain Chukka and actually the Llubi seems a bit longer.

Based on this picture: http://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0277/2511/files/Carmina-Last-Comparison-01_grande.jpg?2908

it seems like the Rain is actually longer than the Forest but how can it have the same length as the Llubi at the same time?!?!

I set this up. Enjoy everyone! We should have 2 more hatch grain makeups as well coming up, but Carmina have't received the leather yet.

Bear in mind these will come with the GYW logo on the heelpad!

It's very odd that the oscar boot was too short, esp since you wear the same size in rain and llubi.  I wear the same size in rain/llubi/oscar/forest

Ive seen quite a few posts around the net of people sizing up for the Oscar compared to Rain. Maybe it depens on the style of the shoe? For example, the Oscar Boot being a little bit shorter compared to a Oscar Derby?

Do you mind checking the length of the Rain vs Forest vs Oscar?

Reposting it here to hope someone will bite:

I would be interested in the same configuration and also in polo suede. Anyone interested in either or also both?

I'm figuring what size I shall take for Detroit: Got a 7 Llubi Chelsea & bit loose on heel, tried 7 Rain/Simpson with very snug feet. Betty told me go for 7... Shall I try 6.5?
I tried Detroit once and it was the same size as Rain for me. I just had issues with the lacing (like Soller) so had to send it back.

Thanks, you mean can't lace it tightly or too loosen?
Its too tightly for me, same for Soller. Rain is very close, Llubi as well. i I think that means I have a low instep?! (Pretty new to high quality shoes ☹️) I hope the Forest works better, Oscar seemed ok.

CJ Tetbury has a decent lacing, too bad they are a bit too long, therefore on ebay.

Im wondering which other brands around 400-500 EUR are worth looking at, which can compete with CJ and Carmina?
