Thank you. Original color is tan, which you can see at the tip of the shoe tongue. I need to find time to work on the toetips and brogue lines next.

That really darkened up. What have you been using to get that color and shine?

Carmina Natural Cordovan MTO Arrived! satisfied.gif
Very happy with the turn out of these PTB's. The natural cordovan and finishing is clean as well as the quality control being top notch. There is some small polish residue left on areas around the stitch on the uppers as well as excessive rubbing on the edging which lead to a bit of chaffing. Nothing to write home about. Overall, the welt is much cleaner then comparables.
HERE is the link on Carmina's website for the MTO: http://www.carminashoemaker.com/mto-finished-2198/natural-cordovan-derby-531

Does Carmina have a chestnut calf leather? I found this, but can't seem to find any other shoe made with this color leather.

I got these from Unipair months ago, finally got around to wearing them. Robert last. I normally wear 9.5 in Rain & Forest. These are 10, I wore them with thick socks and they felt good all day.

Wow one of your best pairs! How was it shopping w unipair?

It was a breeze, got them through a proxy here on SF, they arrived in less than a week. I believe unipair is no longer associated with SF? Don't know why.

If I had to speculate, because it costs a considerable amount to be an affiliate vendor and their prices weren't that competitive relative to other retailers selling the same brands because they had to factor in their own duties when importing their stock into South Korea.  (From what I gather, the import duties in South Korea are significant.)
