Steve at Gentlemen's Footwear (http://gentlemensfootwear.com) is helping organise a GMTO.
Shoe: 3-eyelet chukka (# of eyelets negotiable, I prefer 2 or 3)
Color: Loden suede
Last: Soller (last negotiable, I prefer Soller or Rain)
Sole: York/Tomir (Half rubber sole)

Example of a loden suede 3-eyelet chukka on Rain (Image from Skoaktiebolaget):

Example of a loden suede 2-eyelet chukka on Soller (Image from Unipair. I believe this is more accurate in color):

We already have five interested members for the shoe in the configuration detailed above. If you're interested, PM steveyoo1983 for more details!

Finally some winter rain in the Bay Area, so it's time for EpauletxCarmina CXL boots.

I agree its about time for some rain here! Nice boots!

Totally off topic but now that we have the wet/cold I am finally gonna see if I can get my Barbour jacket that I have wanted for a while.

^ Thanks! I keep thinking about a Barbour, but I have an irrational dislike of corduroy, even on a collar. Go for it!

Gents,

Would it be overly redundant to have the Inca double monk in both Cognac Calf (the tan/caramel color) and darker Cognac Shell? I have the former and an opportunity to buy the later and a good price. You know how it is...very tough to pass up.

It somewhat depends on how much you are wearing the pair you currently have...If they are rarely worn than probably not worth it but if they see a bunch of use then I would think the others would find a place
