Also, during the fall/winter, you could add a dark brown polish for an antiqued look. Just an idea.

That's a very versatile colour and will work nicely with a wide range of wardrobe options. A darker brown would open up more suit options for you (I'm not a fan of light coloured shoes with a dark suit) but these will still play very well with medium to lighter fabrics. But they are dress shoes. I'd be no more inclined to pair dress shoes with jeans than I would pair sneakers with a suit. There's no rule stopping me from doing so, but I have better options in my shoe rotation for either circumstance. My $0.02.

Hello all,

I recently purchased these in a light brown calf, but now I find myself in a bit of a situation in which I have no clue how to pair these things with any of my clothes.

In other words, I'm looking for some suggestions. Dark Jeans? Light grey trousers? Medium blue suit? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

M

How about pairing it with some dressy chinos or khakis? great looking brogue btw

In addition to what the others have suggested, I'd wear those with brown and olive (light or dark) trousers/chinos.

For those of you in the Toronto area and are planning on coming tonight to our TIFF event, we are offering an exclusive preview to our fall stock, part 1, before the shoes are available online.
