Looking through Carmina's website, they have two different colour for Cognac. Check out Model 080250-012 oxford and Model 000910-004 cordovan on their online store. Both listed as Cognac coloured, but two different shade of colour. Maybe when the leather was selected, one cutter read it as "dark" cognac and the other as "tan" cognac.

The wholecut isn't cordovan. Did you mean to link another model?

The story is unfolding piecemeal as people recieve their shoes. Expect more posts on the subject in a week or two when the second batch gets delivered. As for the issue itself if carmina has trouble sourcing a leather and responds by filling orders with something other than what was ordered I think it behooves the thread to have that discussion here.

Has the Carmina Jodphur Boot on their EShop changed in colour? They have a different picture now, is this the same colour/Boot as some months ago? It says dark brown, always thought their Jodhpur would be more of a cognac tone

I swear to god, if they joined forces with a nice café and a got a bigger place so you could have a coffee and just sit there and watch the shoes while sipping your coffee. I would be in heaven

Just went in the store today to buy some socks and check out the new models.. Didnt quite go as planned Just had to get these Chukkas

I bought those on the opening day. Has grown to favourites. Lovely chukkas!
