how does the forest last compare to the robert?
namor - your shell bals (navy) are on the robert, correct?

yeah robert. that last isnt even listed on their website!

forest is a bit wider than robert. here's an old pic i had on my phone:

the left is robert and the right is forest.
i prefer the robert last as it fits snug, but not tight. the forest (in the same size) feels looser even if i pull the places pretty tight. i might be able to go a half size down in the forest, but it would be harder to find since i wear UK7. i'll try to take a better comparison pic tomorrow morning.

those look flat, color wise. ruby and navy are the way to go

the ruby punched captoe mto project is tempting, but it's pretty much the same as my saddle punched captoe besides the last and shell color. does anyone know how the alcudia last fits compared to robert? mike said it's similar to forest, but closer to rain, yet rain is supposed to slimmer than robert.

i'm looking forward to pics from the navy shell projects. i opted to go with the cognac python austerity brogues. i'm debating whether i should remind mike about the navy python captoe project.

hopefully they will come in a couple weeks with the next shipment to epaulet, otherwise it will be end of oct.

i'm not sure if mike ever posted the cognac python swatch to one of the threads. it was on the pre-order link, but that doesn't work anymore.

Another perspective of the Robert/Forest last. I don't have experience on the Forest but the Robert fits me very well on the wider side (not very tight). I am a 7.5 UK

Actually, I believe Forest is offered in two widths - E and EE. That might explain the confusion.
