I have been eyeing this model for a long time. I bet if you email Betty she will have a pair in black somewhere.

I've posted this on GentlemenFootwear.com's thread. I thought I'll x post here as well.
Gents,

Trying gather interest on a group mto, the shoe I proposed is black suede whole cut on Rain last.

Unbelragazzo wrote about the shoes in the thread below. It will be a great who for the evening, I can see myself wearing it with a dark navy or a charcoal suits or flannel pants.

I am going to show this picture to our director and work on getting that for our store. Incredible boot! :nodding:

The above boot in the below color scheme (burgundy calf, tan grain, snuff? suede):

Group MTO?

That above boot would be very hard to resist - incredibly unique.

Please give me some color/material suggestions to give to our director.  I really want to make this boot.

1. Navy cordovan or navy calf

2.Brown calf and brown suede

3. Saddle and snuff suede

Oscar or Forest?

There is normally a little bit of give but I would bank on a lot of stretch. Wjat size did you get?

All those are great combinations. The above shoes/ boots were on the Rain last. It looks pretty sleek.

Rain is great for a shoe in my opinion but I prefer a more substantial last for boots.

I would agree with that. With the exception that the Rain works great with chukkas (which some consider a boot)

Oscar last or Robert - great boot lasts
