Strategically I think some of these MTO's are deliberately extended so we can
cure our addiction with a tactical solution in between...

icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gifLast nights delivery from Skoab! I sized down (yes, down on Uetam) a half size and they fit perfect. I'm sad my snuff pair is not the same size. It's got some heel slip.

Hi guys, what's the difference between a 7.5 and 8 size in the Simpson last? I bought a size 7.5 Simpson. They are very narrow for me, but the length is normal. If I take a size 8, then I will feel a big difference in width?

Ditto - I too find the Simpson last snug around the waist too - the fitting very similar to Edward Green.

I had to go up half-size in the Simpson.......

The Simpson just doesn't work for me - by the time I have a shoe large enough not to be too tight (a half size didn't do it), it is too long.  No biggie.  Many other lasts to choose from.

We are still working on an MTO for a navy cordovan cap toe boot to be here by fall.  We are thinking Forest last model 861.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  We have two people interested so just four more to make it happen!

Carmina delivery today.
Simpson last in dark brown suede, single leather sole.

A bit of heal slipage unfortunately. Have two pairs from Carmina on Rain since before. Chose same size; Simpson should be narrower and I wanted to avoid slipage. May have to return them.

Look nice though!
