Did you get a piece of the grain bal restock? I saw the email like 8 hours after I got it, but my size was loooong gone by then. ffffuuuu.gif

^ No, actually. I decided that I'd prefer them with a leather sole, and didn't want to buy them if I didn't love every detail. Also, I have no money tongue.gif

Thanks - I can't wait to get them.

They seem primarily summer shoes, right?

I was thinking of wearing them with a solid light grey suit, what do you guys think?

Maybe too much grey. Not saying it wouldn't work, but I'm not sure that it would.

Navy, royal blue. I'm hoping they might work with jeans...

I have the same thoughts. My grey suede pairs very well with jeans, blue suits or olive chinos.

Stop convincing me Gerry. I've spent enough on shoes this month already!

More pics here.

This is probably the most beautiful footwear that I own. A big thank you to the guys at Skoaktiebolaget who even included a handwritten note and a little gift icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

I'm blown away!

I just received my first pair of Carmina boots today and I am impressed. They come up a slightly bigger then my Edward Green Galway on the 82 last but are perfect with a pair of thicker walking socks or a insole.

Farhad, are those from the web shop? And is the sole leather? If they're the webshop pair, then that cognac came out great.
