Got the 80106! The feel is definitely different compared to my bread and butter brands (C&J, AS, & EG). Since this is my first pair and I heard the Alcudia is narrow, I sized up .5 than what I typically wear with C&J/AS (basically sizing Carmina = EG). The Alcudia is definitely narrower and slightly longer compared to the same size in the EG E82. I I might have been able to get away with length half size down but width I would have suffered because the instep area is pretty fit already. The leather uppers on the Carmina is VERY soft and will take getting used to because I do like the structure of the Northampton uppers. The welt is cut closer on the Carmina and the sole waist has a nice curve to it. I look forward to adding some miles on them to see how well the uppers hold up.

Good news, I just spoke to Carmina and they told me they just got a shipment of their rustic grain, the one we use for our popular Balmoral two tone boot (as seen below). So we hope we get these in stock sometime around the Ides of February although I can't give you an exact date.
