Guys outside Spain, or any of the markets where Carmina has a boutique, where are you making inquiries/ placing orders? At a store or the factory? And who are you speaking to?

Thanks, much appreciated.

PS: The Armoury does not carry the boots I am interested in, so that option is closed to me.

Carmina may very well be my new go-to. I wear them now more than my EGs. 500

and the box is substantial.

Thanks, Parker!

I bought two shoes in store and had chance to try them on. First pair was bought in Madrid, second in Paris. When trying 8E, my heel was slipping off all the time. So, it is always better to try shoes on in order to evalue the fit.

As for ordering shoes that are not carried by The Armoury, send me a PM and I'll give you e-mail of Carmina's sales person.

how much does carmina charge for shipping?

If anyone wants, I'm in Paris soon, and can proxy. NB, their paris prices are higher than the Spanish shops/ factory pricing.

50 euros more in Paris for shell shoes compared to prices in Spain. Not sure about the other materials such as calf or suede.

I'm surprised no one has yet posted this info from Carmina's website:

-all patterns all traced onto lasts by hand
-all shoes are hand clicked
-all shoes are semi-hand-lasted and left to take shape on lasts for four days
-all shoes are finished by hand (polishing, patina etc.)

...so quality-wise Carmina would be similar to C&J's Handgrade, am I right?
