I just picked this up and I am pretty pleased. Just what I expected. I am pleased with the Bark. However, I wish it was a little darker. A great deal for $35. Comparable to other belts in the...

In the book, "Lone Survivor" US Navy SEAL Marcus Luttrell describes how he and his guys were on a remote mountainside waiting for nightfall so they could go kill some bad Taliban guys. Some young goat herders came along and accidentally came upon the SEALs hiding spot.
Since they knew they'd be discovered, the camouflaged SEALs jumped the kids and tied them up. Then they debated what to do. The kids were friends with the bad guys. In essence, they were the enemy. But if they killed them, the NY Times would run anti-American force stories, using the news as propaganda against US forces. So the SEALs let them go.
They ran down, told the bad guys, who promptly sent a team of about 80 armed men to go hunt down the SEALs. Of the 5 SEALs, only one survived.
Nice job, NY Times.
