This is the label from a pair of Balenciaga made in Italy suit pants. The tag from the jacket is missing, can anyone please help me in IDing it?

Picked up this Pair of Cole Haan Shortwings, made in Maine.  First of those I've seen. These don't seem to be old enough to go back to when Cole Haan still made their own shoes in Maine, but I could be wrong. 

 

Any light you can share is appreciated.

Inner sole reads Made in England and stamped 12 C on the footbed.

Illegible handwriting inside an English made pair of shoes can only mean one thing - Church's.
