HOF: Labels, heels and nail patterns - Secrets to ID the maker - Page 129

Figured this was the best place for this. Has anyone ever seen this tag, and what does it mean. is it advertising a brand of cashmere, or does it actually mean vicuña?

Thisis the closest thing the jacket has to a content tag. I believe it to be an entirely custom piece, pretty much made by hand. It's soft, but not as soft as I expected vicuña to be, but also, the fabric is a twill, so it is naturally ridgy. I don't want to sell something that isn't what I purport it to be, but if it's really is made from vicuña, then I'd like to get the right price for it. Any input is much appreciated.

Thanks!

I've never seen that tag, but those are two different animals pictured , only one of which produces vicuna. Therefore, I'd tend to go with the phrase "100% cashmere" and say its 100% cashmere.

Sorry to be late to the party, but the Canadians that I know are Samuelsohn (as noted), Jack Victor, Peerless, and S. Cohen. For Pants....throw Ballin in there. I think that one is S. Cohen, but you can check it against the RN number database.

I posted this a while back but I'm hoping someone can help me out here. Construction and features are very nice indeed.

I picked up these PRL Italy pants and am a little thrown off by the labels. They aren't the typical Corneliani tags and there isn't a white content tag in the waist. From what I understand Corneliani has made PRL Italy stuff for a very long time and these pants seem quite recent. Is anyone familiar with these tags? Thank you in advance

Hello

I know this is authentic but is this an exotic leather aka croc/gator? I know Mulberry uses a printed croc style on many of their bags/briefcases so I'm hoping for some clarification

Thanks
