Who made these Peal tuxedo shoes? Was it Sargent or (less likely) C&J?

Hmmm.. that would explain the relatively low price ($350/$300 with the BB corporate discount)

Do you think these Church's are worth the extra $100? Does the qualtity really get much better for patent leather?

The recent Church's discussion has been dominated by the lack of quality leathers they use during production (I'm assuming this applies to their patent leather as well).

Why not go for C&J?

Price wise, the Loakes are a good bet. They're going to be 30% off soon (tomorrow or Friday?). So total = $250

I have a pair of BB Loakes, and they hold up well.

This tag seems familiar to me but I can't quite place it. This suit was made for a store called Cairns in Paris.

Any guesses?

Thanks.
